Job summary

Baralan is seeking a capable commercial support professional to handle order entry, fulfillment, and after-sales activities. You will assist Sales Area Managers with pre-sales tasks and manage the end-to-end order process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong English skills are required, with ERP system proficiency and familiarity with packaging/cosmetics industries preferred. The role offers a fixed-term or permanent contract with a gross annual salary range.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or sales support roles within structured companies.
• Degree in Economics, Languages or a related field.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
• Good working knowledge of a company ERP system.
• Previous experience in the packaging and/or cosmetics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to customers and agents, assisting with pre-sales activities and sample requests.
• Independently manage order entry through to order fulfillment and after-sales activities.
• Monitor order portfolio and shipping dates to meet deadlines and avoid stock issues.
• Support customers and agents, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and promote satisfaction.
• Monitor returns and data entry in the system, keeping departments informed.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments per company procedures.
• Collect sales documentation for regulatory export proof as directed by managers.
