Leviat is a global leader in construction accessories and engineered solutions, delivering post-sales support to ensure efficient order-to-delivery processes. The role focuses on customer experience, accuracy, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.

As an entry-level, onsite position, you will work with CRM/ERP systems, supporting the Sales team and customers across the order lifecycle and aiming to improve service quality and delivery reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in back office, customer service, or sales support (B2B preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and reporting tools; English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales team and customers in post-sales activities and the order-to-delivery process.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
