Costa Crociere S.p.A. is seeking a German International Host/Hostess to be the main reference for German guests onboard, ensuring they feel welcomed, understood and fully supported throughout their cruise experience.

You will translate materials, make public announcements, and assist with guest relations, complaints, and safety communications, all while embodying Costa values and driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Competenze

• Secondary school in Tourism or Humanities.
• At least 6 months experience in tourism (e.g., reception, accompanying Guests).
• English & German knowledge at least at C1 level.
• Being at ease with public speaking.
• Sales skills are a plus.
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust.

Mansioni

• Translate and translate announcements for German guests; act as PR liaison during events and embarkation/disembarkation.
• Manage complaints and problem solving; report with SA&PI to heads of department.
• Support revenue management by promoting services and maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Organize onboard activities and promote health and safety standards.
