Job summary

Cliff House Maine is seeking a Full-Time Year-Round Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and promote hotel services. You will create distinctive and authentic experiences with a welcoming spirit, ensuring guests feel at home and well cared for.

The role requires flexibility with schedule, prior customer service and cash handling experience, and excellent English communication. Eligible staff enjoy benefits including health coverage, PTO, life and disability

Full-Time Year-Round Front Desk Agent

You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests and assist them with check in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome while also providing information. You will promote hotel services and amenities to the guests.

Pay Range: $19.87 - $23 per hour
