Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No license or certification required.

Mansioni

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to requirements.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rate accuracy.
• Secure payment prior to issuing keys and balance daily cash reports.
• Assist management in training and coaching staff; maintain professional conduct.
