Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Milan invites applications for a Management Development Programs/Interns opportunity in the Front Office. This full-time program provides hands-on training in guest services, reservations, and operations to developing hospitality talent.

The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/out, handling calls, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Competenze

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work in a team.
