Russotti Gestione Hotels Spa seeks a skilled Guest Experience Manager for our Milan Marriott Hotel team. The role acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing property operations and ensuring top hospitality standards.

You will guide lobby and public areas during busy periods and resolve guest issues with a Marriott-centered philosophy. You will partner daily with departments to ensure smooth information flow and exceptional service, maintaining guest satisfaction and brand standards across all

Competenze

• 4–5 years experience in guest services, front desk or related area
• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
• Strong hospitality focus and guest satisfaction mindset
• Ability to lead, supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments

Mansioni

• Lead guest services teams and day-to-day operations
