Job summary

The Social Hub Belfiore is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, coach the team, welcome guests, and coordinate with housekeeping and F&B to ensure smooth runs and memorable stays.

You will drive guest satisfaction, spot upsell opportunities, and help onboard new team members, contributing to a warm, energetic, and inclusive workplace across departments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in front office supervision or similar hospitality role
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
• Comfort with modern hotel systems and learning new tools

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during shifts
• Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts
• Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn moments into great stays
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams for smooth operations
• Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and other admin tasks
• Spot opportunities to upsell rooms and local experiences
• Share guest feedback and ideas to elevate service
• Assist in onboarding new team members and maintain a fun, supportive vibe
