Leonardo Hotels in Verona is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver warm, personalized service to guests from check-in to check-out. You’ll handle inquiries, provide local recommendations, and maintain smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of experience, fluency in English and Italian, and the flexibility to work early, late, and night shifts. Join the Leonardo Family and grow with us.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• At least 1 year of front office/receptionist experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian.

Mansioni

• You ensure guests feel at home by providing personal service.

• You make sure the guests feel at home, by providing the best personal service


• Handling the check-in and check-out operations


• Handling administrative tasks


• Providing guests with information they may need about the hotel and town of Verona


• Answering phone calls

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself


• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies


• Hospitality is in your veins


• At least 1-year experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist


• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress


• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts


• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
