Leonardo Verona is seeking a Front Office professional to ensure guests feel at home by delivering the best personal service and handling check-in/check-out with efficient administrative support. You will provide local information about Verona and respond to guest inquiries, including phone calls, in a welcoming manner.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies, have at least 1 year of Front Office experience, and be fluent in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• At least 1 year experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist.
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies
• Hospitality is in your veins
• At least 1-year experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
