Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Milan is seeking a Front Office Agent to welcome guests with genuine hospitality. You will handle check-in and check-out and provide guests with information about the hotel and the city of Milan, ensuring guests feel at home.

The role requires at least 1 year of front office experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies, strong teamwork and stress resistance, and fluent English and Italian, with flexibility for early, late and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism studies.
• At least 1 year of experience as front office agent or reception.
• Hospitality mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a team and stay calm under stress.
• Fluent in English and Italian (speaking and writing).

Your Profile

• Hospitality is in your veins
• At least 1-year experience as front office agent or reception
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
