Leonardo Verona is seeking a Front Office Agent to welcome guests and provide the best personal service. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and manage administrative tasks in a lively, friendly team.

Fluency in English and Italian is essential, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism and at least 1 year of front office experience. BE YOURSELF and join the Leonardo Family in Verona.

• Hospitality is in your veins
• At least 1-year experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
• Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts
• Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
