Avio Aero seeks a Senior Manager for FLIGHT DECK to lead transformation across the Business Unit, guiding internal capability building and fostering continuous improvement. You will report to the FLIGHT DECK Leader and partner with the BU General Manager to align strategy and execution.

You will coach commercial teams, deploy FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals, and drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Deep expertise in lean tools and problem solving.
• Ability to lead complex transformation projects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with senior leadership influence.
• Willingness to work in a dual reporting line and visa compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute the transformation roadmap.
• Align initiatives with FLIGHT DECK strategy and Business Unit needs.
• Coach Commercial teams to strengthen skills within the OS framework.
• Drive deployment of FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals across units.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and measure KPIs.
• Track impact on customer satisfaction and business metrics.
• Share best practices between central and business unit teams.
