Job summary

Avio Aero is seeking a Service Cell Leader to manage daily cell operations across production lines, including all Special Processes areas. You will drive reliability, quality and efficiency while leading a team in safety and manufacturing targets.

You will lead staff development, implement FLIGHTDECK improvements, and coordinate with other units to meet schedule requirements. Excellent English and Italian language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aeronautical or industrial engineering or high school diploma with proven manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience as a people leader in operations.
• Knowledge of aerospace components and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Good English and fluent Italian (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service cell to ensure reliability on production lines.
• Lead staff selection, training and development.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Promote continuous improvement using FLIGHTDECK methodology.
• Interface with other organizations to meet requirements on time.

• Support capacity analysis and asset utilization.
