Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering with manufacturing experience.
• Experience as a people leader in operations.
• Proficient in English and fluent Italian (oral and written).
• Work visa in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage service e visual inspection area and daily cell operations.
• Lead cells using FLIGHT DECK approach to deliver value for customers.
• Provide leadership in staff selection, training and development.
• Achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Promote continuous improvement using FLIGHTDECK methodologies.
• Interface with other organizations to meet requirements on time.
