Avio Aero is seeking a Mechanical Production Cell Leader to drive the manufacturing cell for Nozzle and Rotor Blades programs, improving quality and EHS. You will lead Daily Shop Management with Lean problem solving and embed Servant Leadership across the team.
You will develop processes, tackle complex issues, participate in long-term planning, and contribute to the business strategy while guiding staff development and cost reduction initiatives.
Job Description Summary As a Mechanical Production Cell Leader, you will lead the manufacturing cell to achieve production targets for the Nozzle and Rotor Blades programs while improving Quality and EHS standards. In this role, you will actively lead Daily Shop Management through a Lean problem-solving approach, embedding Servant Leadership values. You will also integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within your functional area of expertise, participate in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

54.525 euro - 81.562,50 euro + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
