Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company seeks a Fleet Sales Support to join the Fleet & Remarketing Team, contributing to monitoring performances across Leasing Companies, B2B, RAC, and Corporate channels, and reporting.

You will provide back-end support for Fleet Sales channel development, coordinate internal processes with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with customers, leasing companies and Dealers, and back direct sales, RAC activities, logistics, and market analysis on new cars and LCV channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-end support for Fleet Sales channel development including daily performances monitoring and coordination of internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Support the implementation and management of Captive programs.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, leasing companies, and Dealers.
• Support direct sales activities, RAC (Rent-a-Car) sales management, and logistics operations (vehicle transportation and preparation).
• Conduct market analysis on new cars and LCV channels, including sales trends and competitive benchmarking.
• Support Fleet, Remarketing and Mobility Services with marketing & communication activities (Corporate & Dealer Network).
• Prepare and maintain regular performance and activity reporting.
• Coordinate test drives and support Key Account Managers for corporate test drive initiatives.
• Manage Fleet Car Park activities including in-fleeting, de-fleeting, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate internal and external events (Corporate events, Product days).
• Oversee Courtesy Car Fleet operations, including fines, repairs, invoice checks, and Dealer support.
