What You'll Do

• Work closely with customers and support major projects, collaborating with fire protection designers, installers, and contractors to find the best solutions.
• Train key customer contacts on the use, benefits, and value of Hilti products, ensuring specifications meet project requirements.
• Transfer necessary information to the sales team to support commercial activities.
• Visit construction sites to evaluate opportunities, provide consulting and technical assistance for Hilti solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and local strategies in collaboration with the Product Manager and corporate teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture.
• +2 years of experience in design or construction.
• Expertise in fire protection systems.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
