Ferragamo sta selezionando un/una Client Advisor part-time per il punto vendita di Firenze (32 ore settimanali), con report al Store Management.

Il ruolo prevede trasformare l’esperienza del cliente in momenti magici e costruire legami autentici; sono richieste eccellenti doti comunicative e passione per il lusso. Retribuzione lordo €26.000–€29.000 pro‑rata, buoni pasto, piano incentivante e sconto dipendenti.

Competenze

• Advisor di clientela con passione per la moda di lusso.
• Ottime doti comunicative ed empatia.
• Disponibilità a crescere e imparare.
• Esperienza nel lusso o in ruoli a contatto col cliente.
• Fluenza italiana e inglese; altre lingue sono un vantaggio.
• Capacità di gestire relazioni con i clienti usando CRM.
• Mentalità proattiva e orientata al lavoro di squadra.

You will join us in our store in Florence as a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours), reporting directly to Store Management.

Il tuo ruolo

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients' desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments

Qualifiche richieste

• A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
• Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.

Compensation & Benefit

Gross range salary: €26.000 - €29.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours)
