Ferragamo in Florence is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours) to join our luxury team. You will transform every client interaction into a memorable experience, delivering personalized service on the selling floor and reporting to Store Management.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, a passion for style, and ability to build lasting client relationships using CRM tools. Perks include a restaurant meal ticket, an incentive plan, and an employee discount program.

You will join us in our store in Florence as a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours), reporting directly to Store Management.

• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients' desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.
