Ferragamo in Florence invites a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours) to join our luxury store. You will transform every client experience into magical moments and lead by example on the selling floor.

Arabic-speaking applicants fluent in Italian and English will build meaningful client relationships using CRM tools. The role offers restaurant tickets, an incentive plan, and employee discounts.

You will join us in our store in Florence as a Part-Time Client Advisor (32 hours), reporting directly to Store Management.

The part you’ll play

• Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
• Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
• Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
• Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.

What you’ll bring

• A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
• Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian, Arabic and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
• Gross range salary: €26.000 - €29.000 (to be prorated on the actual working hours)
