Job summary

Kyndryl Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Consult Partner to drive growth and lead complex transformation engagements in Financial Services, collaborating with CXO-level stakeholders across banks, insurers, and financial operators.

You will build and grow client relationships, shape strategic transformation agendas, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in cloud, modernization, cybersecurity, and data & AI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience engaging CXOs and shaping executive conversations.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services and related technologies.
• Proven track record leading growth and large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through deal origination, pipeline development and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from pre-deal to post-deal execution.
• Ensure delivery quality, financial performance and impact across engagements.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams.
