Kyndryl is seeking a Consult Partner to lead growth in the Financial Services sector, engaging CXO-level stakeholders and steering high-impact transformation programs across banks, insurers, and financial operators.

You will shape strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and technology, build lasting client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes with cloud, data and AI priorities.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at CXO level
• Experience with major Financial Services clients (banks, insurers, etc.)
• Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
• Strong track record in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and owning business outcomes
• Experience supporting high‑value business development initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Financial Services industry and relevant technology trends
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive organizational change
• Proven experience leading and growing high‑performing teams
