Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy, Toscana, Carrara. You will engage in focused training, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that drive customer outcomes and continuous improvements.

Interns will receive coaching and mentoring to develop skills and learn HS&E practices, with a fixed gross monthly allowance. The program emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and hands-on learning in a global energy company.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards and ensure compliance in all situations.
• Assist day-to-day manufacturing operations and monitor processes to meet production goals.
• Participate in quality control and QA processes to meet industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in manufacturing.
• Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation for consistency.
