Four Seasons Naples Beach Club seeks a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations with warmth and hospitality. You will train team members in coffee and tea service, manage workflow and inventory, and uphold Four Seasons luxury standards while engaging guests and elevating the guest experience.

About The Role:

The Cafe Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations of Naples Trading Company by maintaining exceptional product quality and luxury service standards. This role assists with staff supervision, workflow organization, and team development while elevating the guest experience. The Supervisor leads by example on the floor, inspiring team members to excel in food and beverage production and guest engagement.
