TrueLayer is hiring an Italian finance administrator to support expense, travel and financial cost processes for the Italian entity. You will handle invoice checks, coding, approvals, payment oversight and the PEC mailbox, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

You will work with Navan, Expensify and NetSuite, cross-country colleagues, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in finance administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing expenses.
• Ability to apply policy consistently and to know when to escalate.
• Clear written and spoken communication with a tactful approach to queries.

Aufgaben

• Record financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate supplier financial information requests and payable tasks.
• Process employee expense claims and travel requests per policy.
• Ensure claims are compliant with policy timeframes and documentation.
