Dometic is seeking a Head of Finance & Controlling for Mobile Power Solutions EMEA, based in Pescara (with Forli or Milan options). You will partner with the CFO, oversee accounting, drive performance, and strengthen controls across EMEA operations.

This is a strategic financial leadership role offering broad exposure to executive leadership and growth opportunities. The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, Big 4 background a plus, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Experience in auditing or accounting, Big 4 is a strong merit.
• Minimum years of hands-on business controlling or finance management exposure with P&L partner(s).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Mansioni

• Own the accounting function for Mobile Power Solutions EMEA, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with auditors and tax advisors.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages; deliver insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Mobile Power Solutions EMEA; coordinate with department heads and group reporting systems.
• Track KPIs across MPS EMEA; partner with business leaders to drive accountability toward targets.
• Ensure internal controls and governance; support audits and strengthen control framework.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting and processes to boost accuracy and efficiency.
