Intermedia Selection Srl, on behalf of its Italian industrial client, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead Accounting, Reporting and FP&A in Umbria.

The role partners with the Italy Finance Director to drive budget, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring IFRS and local statutory compliance, robust controls, and insightful business analysis for strategic decision making.

Competenze

• 10+ years of Finance experience, international scope.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience partnering with business units and leadership.
• Big4 audit background is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead annual budget, forecasts and rolling planning.
• Provide actionable analyses vs budget, forecast and prior year.
• Drive business partnering with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Oversee accounting, statutory reporting and controls.
• Coordinate audits and ensure governance.
