Dometic, a global leader in outdoor living solutions, is seeking a Head of Finance & Controlling for Mobile Power Solutions EMEA, based in Pescara, Italy (Forli or Milan also possible). You will partner with the CFO and leadership to drive financial performance, oversee accounting, strengthen controls, and enable data-driven decision‑making.

Competenze

• Experience in large org or mid-sized company as a true business partner.
• International, product-based environment experience preferred.
• Right-hand person to a business manager with financial insights.
• Solid understanding of Italian GAAP and IFRS.
• Budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel, variance analysis, KPI tracking; ERP knowledge.
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Take ownership of the accounting function for Mobile Power Solutions EMEA and coordinate closings.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages with insights for decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads and group reporting systems.
• Track KPIs and drive accountability in financial performance reviews.
• Ensure internal controls and support audits, improving governance.
• Identify and implement reporting and process improvements.
