Axis Communications in Zola Predosa is seeking a Head of Controlling Italy to lead its national controlling function. This strategic role involves collaborating with EMEA stakeholders while driving business performance and transformation. The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years in controlling or FP&A, along with strong leadership experience and fluency in Italian and English.

The position offers hybrid working flexibility, an annual bonus plan, and a competitive salary range between €57,500 and €71,900.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams for at least 3–5 years.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership.
• Drive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee controlling activities across manufacturing sites.
