Revvity is seeking a Field Service Engineer to be the technical face of the company across Italy, ensuring our diagnostics and life science instruments deliver maximum uptime. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, provide on-site training, and collaborate with European teams to support customer success and scientific progress.
Requires a technical degree and 5+ years in field service; fluent Italian and English; willingness to travel; a company car and comprehensive benefits are
Competenze
- Minimum 5 years field service engineering in labs or pharma environments.
- Hands-on with analytical/clinical instrumentation.
- Proficient Windows, networking, and LIS.
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.
Mansioni
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio across Italy.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls.
- Manage escalations with European support for timely resolutions.
- Provide on-site technical training and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Service teams to drive customer satisfaction.
