BioLegend, Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be the technical face of the company across Italy. You will ensure that advanced diagnostic and life science instruments deliver maximum value to customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction and scientific breakthroughs.

Your role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining sophisticated technical equipment while collaborating closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams. Candidates should have a technical degree and at least 5 years of related experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in field service engineering with ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Hands-on experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation in laboratory environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diagnostic instruments across Italy.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls.
• Manage spare parts inventory and complete service documentation.
