Interroll Group in Italy is seeking Field Service Technicians to support installation, commissioning, and servicing of intralogistics systems across Italy and Europe. The role suits hands-on technicians with mechatronics qualifications, fluent English, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

You will coordinate with the Italy Sales and Service teams and the central German service hub. Main tasks include on-site technical support, installation and training, on-call duties, and supervising

Competenze

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in field service assembly/service is an advantage.
• Please note that fluent English is mandatory for this role.

Mansioni

• Technical on-site support for intralogistics systems at customers' sites in Italy and across Europe.
• Installation, commissioning, operator training, and maintenance/repair of plants and systems on site in Italy and other EMEA countries and remotely.
• Collaboration with the Customer Helpdesk and on-call duty as required.
• Coordination of external service partners and potential supervision of larger installations.

We are currently looking for Field Service Technicians based in Italy to support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our intralogistics systems. This role is ideal for hands‑on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites.

The focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.g.maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations. In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on‑call duties. Interface and cooperation with the Sales and Service Team in Italy as well as close collaboration with the central service team from Germany.

Main tasks & key responsibilities

• Technical support of customers on their intralogistics systems such as conveyor belts, sorting systems, pallets and conveyor systems on site at our customers in Italy and throughout Europe. xlwpduy
• Installation, commissioning, operator training as well as maintenance and repair of plants and systems on site in Italy and other EMEA countries and remotely
• Collaboration within the Customer Helpdesk function as well as on-call duty (depending on local requirements)
• Coordination and guidance of external companies (local service partners and providers), with potential further development to supervisor of larger installations
