Abbott in Rome, Italy is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join the Technical Service team, providing planned maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, and first-line support for customers.

You will assist with instrument installations and deinstallations and contribute to customer satisfaction, service KPIs, and the district's profitability, while ensuring instrument reliability through proactive maintenance and technical support.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience using analytical tools and technical software.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor).
• Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities.
• Execute hardware and software upgrades ( Technical Service Bulletins - TSBs).
• Support instrument installations and deinstallations.
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction (NPS) , service KPIs, and the district's economic growth and profitability.
