Bruker in Italy seeks a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) with home office based work, preferably near Bologna, and significant travel to customer sites across Italy and Europe. You will install, commission and train customers on microbiology and diagnostic products and provide hands-on technical support.

You will deliver maintenance, fault-finding and remote support, ensuring documentation and certification is met while contributing to Bruker’s professional image.

Competenze

• Background in Electronic Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology or Bio-Chemistry is preferred.
• Solid technical or scientific background in industry or academia with continuous learning.
• Experience in field service and ability to build trust with customers.
• Valid Italian driving license and ability to travel.
• Fluency in English and Italian communication.

Mansioni

• Install, commission, and train customers on Bruker instruments.
• Carry out maintenance and fault-finding at customer sites.
• Provide technical, software and application support, including remote diagnosis.
• Validate systems to certifiable standards.
• Provide technical input to sales on non-routine cases.
• Frequent travel within Italy; possible international travel in Europe.
