Job summary

ITW is seeking a field service engineer to manage customer bases and optimize service performance across electrical systems. You will diagnose equipment problems, perform calibrations, and coordinate installations and maintenance at customer sites.

The role requires a technical high school diploma or equivalent, 7-10 years of experience, fluent English and Italian, and a willingness to travel. A company car is provided and long-term development opportunities exist within the ITW network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering or technical field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in support and service.
• Proficient in English and Italian verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer base and business activities to optimize satisfaction, efficiency, revenue and service contract performance.
• Diagnoses equipment problems across system subsystems and restores operations.
• Performs calibrations relevant to assigned customer base independently.
• Coordinates installation and maintenance activities.
• Maintains service documentation for all activities at customer sites.
• Willingness to travel as required.
