Soteco International, with head office in Ceranesi (GE – Italy), seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, maintain and repair equipment at customer locations. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer support, and adherence to safety standards.

You will travel to sites and contribute to service quality and documentation. Required is a technical degree with 2–5 years in field service or similar roles, plus proficiency with diagnostic tools and reading technical drawings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of field service, maintenance or technical support experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer support while ensuring equipment operates safely and
efficiently.

Job Classification and Compensation:

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €30,000.00 to €40,000.00, to be determined based on professional skills and experience gained.
Permanent employment contract
Classification Level: Livello C3 – CCNL Metalmeccanica – Aziende Industriali – CNEL C011

Key Duties:

• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
