CAO Support Staff - Technical Office (PARMA)
For our Technical Engineering department within Aviomar Flight Academy, we are looking for a:
CAO Support Staff - Technical Office staff
- Work under the Head of CAO (Maintenance Manager & CAO Postholder) in accomplishment of directed tasks
- Analyse technical documentation arising in the assigned area of responsibility (i.e. AD, SB, SL, STC’s, Repairs, etc.), in accordance with legal regulations in force and internal procedures. Be responsible for resulting activities and initiate actions, as required, in the area of responsibility;
- Support provision of aircraft spare parts, their storage and logistics;
- Provide specialized support to MRO's, as needed in the area of responsibility, during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events performed on Aviomar's fleet of airplanes;
- For the area of responsibility, support strategic procurement and contracts negotiations, with focus on optimized economics;
- Be the key contact for all complex projects related to the assigned area of responsibility (example, but not limited to: Phase-in/-out activities, AW aircraft programs, Reliability driven campaigns etc.);
- Represent Aviomar Flight Academy in a professional way, defend Aviomar interests in the scope of the activity and in accordance with current internal rules in force;
- Take active part in the continuous improvement process within Aviomar CAO and keep a high level of technical awareness within the assigned area of responsibility;
- Provide hands‑on support to other maintenance and airworthiness functions, as and when required
- Specific duties and responsibilities for updating aircraft airworthiness status and technical logbooks:
- Manage the basic software configuration for each aircraft;
- Manage with OPS department the operational software configuration for each aircraft (NavDatabase, Electronic Charts, Tracking Systems.);
- Manage the associated risks of the tasks above within a safe and airworthy environment concerning cybersecurity;
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Experience in the Aeronautical Technical Domain (i.e. Technical Diploma) or Aerospace Engineering Degree or Aircraft Maintenance License holder or undergoing training for the qualification;
- Have a fair understanding of Risk Management within a CAO environment;
- Show strong organizational skills;
- Show strong presentation, communication and adaptation skills;
- Be a proficient user of standard Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent command of the Italian language
- Very Good command of the English language

- Have a good knowledge of the internal processes of the CAO;
- Demonstrate the ability to analyse and set up complex technical data;
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company;
- Be result oriented and able to work independently, as well as in a team;
- Demonstrate a good understanding of cost efficiency and cost‑benefit analysis;
- Understand the applicable procedures related to the function;
- Attend and pass successfully the required mandatory trainings according the area of activity;
- Show proficient user skills in the tools used within the department ;
- Be an effective user of Risk Management methodologies in a CAMO environment.

We are looking for an experienced Field Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune or Windows Migration projects. The ideal candidate will support end‑users across multiple sites, deliver high–quality technical assistance, and ensure smooth deployment and migration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Lead or support Intune configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Execute Windows OS migration tasks (Windows 10/11), including data backup, upgrade, and post‑migration validation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a multi‑site environment.
- Perform device enrolment, security policy configuration, and compliance checks in Intune.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth rollout of technical changes.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and migration processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end‑users during upgrades and deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MDM/Enrollment, compliance policies, and device management.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 migration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, O365, SCCM, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel between sites if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 / Azure / Intune (advantage)
- Experience in enterprise‑scale migration or deployment projects
- ITIL knowledge
