Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree or equivalent and 2–3 years of experience, with strong customer engagement and proficiency in analytical tools.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years experience in a similar position; essential.
• Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff; required.
• Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software; essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides first line service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions require <4 hours).
• Schedules and performs planned maintenance activities.
• Assists with instrument installations and de installations.
