Job summary

EOS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair industrial 3D printers across the Verona region. You will train customers, provide remote technical support, and handle service cases with escalation when needed.

The role includes intensive in-house training in Germany as you develop expertise on our machines. You should be comfortable with travel across the EMEA region, possess an electrical or mechanical engineering certificate, and be fluent in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Certification within electrical or mechanical engineering or an apprenticeship.
• Field Service Technician experience with customer interaction.
• Knowledge of complex industrial machinery; laser application machinery is a plus.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region and to Germany for training.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers at customer sites.
• Deliver system introductions and basic training sessions to customers.
• Provide remote advice and technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Support customers in service cases and manage requests through escalation.
