EOS, the world market leader for industrial 3D printing, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Service Team in Italy, covering Verona and surrounding areas. You will install, maintain and repair our industrial printers at customer sites, and deliver system introductions and basic training.

Travel within the EMEA region and to Germany for training are part of the role. A company car, performance bonus, and ongoing education opportunities accompany this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Certification in electrical or mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship.
• Experience as Field Service Technician or similar technical service role with customer interaction.
• Solid knowledge of complex industrial machinery including electrical and mechanical components; ideally experience with laser application machinery.
• Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and to Germany for training.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our industrial 3D printers at customer sites.
• Deliver system introductions and basic training sessions to customers.
• Provide remote advice and technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Support customers in service cases and manage requests through the escalation process.
• Participate in intensive in-house training on our machines and technology at our sites in Germany.
