Reponsibilities
  • Support the launch of a new product in the heated tobacco category: Ploom X.
  • Coordinate a team of people, helping them develop their potential and grow professionally.
  • Manage the activity inside an assigned territory, aiming to reach and continuously improve sales results.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Ploom Ambassadors.
  • Preside over specific channels to create engagement opportunities with customers.
  • Supervise the continuous training of the team.
  • Assist your colleagues on the field to share best practices.
  • Detect and interpret data and useful information to reach the set objectives.
  • Always in contact with a diverse range of people, both on site in Milan and on the territory assigned to you.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or analogous role.
  • Comfortable managing a working team.
  • Good knowledge of the territory of reference.
  • Many strategic contacts in the event world or a wide potential network to cultivate and grow on the territory.
  • Constant attention to details and KPIs to improve activity performance.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Valid B driving licence and a vehicle available.
  • Organized and able to take initiative.
