Job summary

Kellanova Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Toscana Nord (Firenze, Lucca and Livorno) on a 12-month assignment. You will drive Kellogg brand sales, define territory coverage, and report market insights to the manager. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and a university degree is preferred.

The role focuses on maximizing sales, delivering the Trade Marketing 4 Ps, and engaging with the Italian Sales team to achieve commercial objectives in the Toscana Nord area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and achieving qualitative objectives in POS with excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps.
• Define POS panel and ensure effective coverage (weekly visit schedule).
• Periodically analyze market and provide insights to the manager for short- and medium-term actions.
• Monitor market and competitors in the territory.
• Provide reports and recommendations for interventions.
• Collaborate with RAM/NAM on banners responsibility and coordinate with other FSR.

Our colleagues in theItalian Sales teamare looking for a newField Sales Representative for Toscana Nord (Firenze, Lucca and Livorno) area.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and reaching qualitative objectives in their POS, guaranteeing an excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps;
• Responsible for defining their POS panel and their effective coverage (weekly visit schedule);
• Periodically analyses, sharing views/opinions with their manager to identify short- and medium-term actions;
• Monitor the market and competitor’s evolution in their territory;
• Continuously supplying reports and recommendations re. Interventions;
• Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing the assigned banners responsibility providing recommendation/anticipations through coordination of other FSR;
• Promote Kellogg image in the market and supplies valid recommendations to anticipate market and trade changes.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the products, Knowledge and use of sales tools;
• Good knowledge ofCategories, Brand strategies, Consumer and Shopper behaviour;
• Leadership skills in order to inspire motivate and lead a team, high communication skills, proactive and initiative taking, a good team worker, loyal to both role and company, enthusiastic and dedicated;
• Fluent in Italian and English is necessary;
• University degree required, preferably economics or similar.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within this range€28.800 – €37.800. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay and general allowances. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in our core benefits, as well as a range of additional perks.
