Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Italy invites an Internal candidate to join the Field Quality Support team. The role acts as the liaison between customers, sales, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to identify, analyze, and drive resolution of field-reported quality issues.

You will review complaints, coordinate investigations, and track containment and corrective actions until closure, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in progress or recently completed in Management Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Strong written and spoken English for effective stakeholder communication.
• Soft skills include communication, teamwork, problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer quality complaints and field failure reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations to determine root causes.
• Track containment, corrective and preventive actions until closure.
• Communicate progress and findings to internal teams and customers as needed.
• Monitor recurrent issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned and feed back into quality systems.
