MSX International in Italy seeks a role acting as the key interface between the After-Sales Network, Technical Assistance, Engineering and Quality to analyze and resolve field issues.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive investigations, and ensure timely action plans, TSBs, parts actions, and software updates.

Fluent Italian and English, solid automotive experience, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.

• Solid experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent level of Italian and English.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Act as the focal point for field quality issues across After-Sales, Technical Assistance and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate interactions between Technical Assistance, Control Tower, Engineering, Quality, Project Teams, Manufacturing Plants, Spare Parts and Tool Teams.
• Ensure field data and technical information from the network are complete and support investigations.
• Drive engineering investigations and accelerate solution development.
• Monitor issue resolution activities and ensure timely execution of action plans.
