Job summary

Inventronics is seeking a Field Quality Principal Engineer (m/f/d) for their Treviso, Italy location. The role leads customer quality activities across Europe, managing complaints and warranty with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will interface with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales, driving improvements, analyzing field data, and coordinating actions. Travel may be required; English and German proficiency is essential, with an eye for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, quality management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer/Field Quality or similar role.
• Solid expertise in power electronics, LED drivers, lighting systems or related products.
• Experience managing customer complaints, warranty claims, and field investigations.
• Fluency in English and German; other European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resolution of customer complaints across Europe.
• Manage warranty claim assessment and decision-making for consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as technical contact for customer quality issues and ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales to implement corrective actions and improvements.
