xFarm Technologies is seeking a Field & Customer Support Specialist to join the Customer Support and On Field Ops team. The role alternates between on-field installations during the high season and remote support the rest of the year, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

Based mainly in the field from March to October, with hybrid work otherwise. The position requires driving license, HSE certifications, experience in field service, IoT hardware familiarity, Salesforce CRM and

Competenze

• Previous experience in field service, hardware installations or construction site work.
• Technical aptitude: familiarity with IoT hardware, sensors and installation equipment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for order management and activity planning.
• Good communication skills with end customers, dealers, agri-food supply chains and external suppliers.
• Native Italian, English at least B2.

Mansioni

• Carry out on-site installations and coordinate external installers during the high season.
• Coordinate with Logistics and HSE teams to check shipment status and set priorities.
• Create shipment orders and plan interventions through Salesforce.
• Create work orders for PGI service centers and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth installations.
• Monitor sensor status for customers and manage resolutions via Salesforce.
• Support customer interactions through chat and phone lines when needed.
