ITEX is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage the installation and maintenance of advanced dairy technology systems on farms. This hands-on role requires strong technical problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.

The successful applicant will work directly with farmers, provide training, and ensure smooth operations of Afimilk products. Frequent travel is required to various farm locations across Italy.

Mansioni

• Provide remote & onsite support according to EU support manager.
• Proactive monitoring on system performances (remote & onsite).
• Provide technical training and information updates to Afimilk dealers' technicians.
• Cooperation with the dealers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support activity reporting in the Afimilk CRM system.
• Escalate issues to tier 3 following the SLA defined.
