AGCO is seeking an experienced field technical support professional to deliver expert assistance to dealers and customers across peak seasons, ensuring smooth product launches and rapid issue resolution. You will troubleshoot complex cases, assist with field setup across crops, and promote AGCO’s digital technologies.

The role involves collaborating with global teams, guiding warranty and diagnostic processes, leading factory-level investigations when needed, and maintaining high equipment

Competenze

• Hands-on field experience in agricultural machinery preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and warranty processes.
• Strong knowledge of Agricultural business and product.

Mansioni

• Deliver expert technical support to dealers and customers during peak seasons to ensure successful product launches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues after local resources are exhausted.
• Support field setup and tuning across crops and conditions, including onboarding for new dealers and VIP customers.
• Promote understanding of digital and advanced technologies and new features.
• Guide warranty processes, TechConnect, diagnostic tools and special tools.
• Collaborate with teams worldwide to share expertise and best practices.
• Report issues via EWFR and contribute to factory-level investigations.
• Provide limited field kit installation support and monitor performance before broader deployment.
