SAN SONNEA is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our luxury Farm-to-Table concept in Funes. You will help lead the kitchen, maintain top-quality dishes, and drive seasonal menu development with the Chef de Cuisine.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily service, guiding the kitchen team, and ensuring Hygiene and quality standards across all culinary offerings. Join a collaborative, high-end resort team with staff housing and meals provided.

Competenze

Several years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable upscale luxury role.
Strong ability to lead and coordinate a kitchen team.
Passion for high quality regional seasonal products and Farm-to-Table cuisine.
Experience with à-la-carte service, breakfast concepts and multi-course menus.
Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility.

Mansioni

Support the Chef de Cuisine in organizing and leading the entire kitchen department.
Lead kitchen operations during service and contribute at the highest culinary level.
Motivate and support the kitchen team in daily operations.
Ensure smooth operations across breakfast, lunch, Fine Dining, and Room Service.
